The rates
The more you add at once, the more we add on top. The band your amount falls in sets both the bonus and how long the credit lasts. Each example is priced at the smallest amount its band takes, so a larger top up earns proportionally more.

Common questions
What can I spend credit on?
Any space on the platform. One GetSpaces credit is worth one Singapore dollar, and credit spends exactly like cash at checkout: studios, meeting rooms, fitness spaces, event venues. Frequent bookers use it to cut their rental costs, and companies use it to keep rental claims in one place.
How is this different from a studio package?
A studio package ties you to one location and one operator. Credit is tied to nothing. It works at every host on GetSpaces and across every kind of space we list, so the decision you make today does not narrow the room you book in six months.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Your credit purchases and your bookings all sit on your dashboard, and we can issue invoices and receipts for your claims or your internal audit.
Can credit be refunded?
No. Credit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The bonus is what you get in exchange for paying up front, and it is added the moment the payment clears.
Does credit expire?
Yes. Each band sets its own window, counted from the day the credit lands in your account. The rates above show the window that comes with each one, so pick the band you can realistically spend.

When does the credit reach my account?
Immediately after your PayNow payment clears. If your balance has not moved after ten minutes, reload the page, and contact us if it still has not.
The terms
- You can buy GetSpaces credit up front, before you have a booking in mind.
- For redemption, one GetSpaces credit is worth S$1. On purchase, GetSpaces adds the bonus rebate published on this page.
- All credit top-ups are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are paid by PayNow.
- Credit is added once payment is verified, which is usually immediate.
- Purchased credit is not eligible for the review rebates that are credited with an order.
- GetSpaces may end this plan without notice. Credit already purchased stays in your account on the terms that applied on the day you bought it.
- Credit expires at the end of the window its band carries, and any balance left at that point is forfeited.
