Studio Rates
No extra fees per pax or for after-hours bookings!
A full payment of the following is required to confirm booking:
• Space Rental Fee for your preferred date and time
• Maintenance Fee of $60 applicable per booking
• Refundable Security Deposit of $200 required
The security deposit will be returned upon satisfactory studio handover, provided there is no breach of studio usage or terms, and no extensive cleanup is required after your session.
Please note the studio is located on 2nd level of a shophouse and access to the studio is accessible via stairs only.

Yes, we offer studio viewings by appointment only. To arrange a viewing, please kindly let us know your preferred date and time (Monday-Friday, 12:30pm-7pm) and we will get back to you from there!
Located at the 2nd level of a shophouse, access to the space is via stairs. Please consider this when planning your visit, especially if you are bringing equipment or have mobility concerns.
The space is located on the main street along a row of shophouses, and there are ample parking options available nearby, with the nearest parking space just 50m away from the premise.
Our space is equipped with a smart lock, and all access is managed remotely and done using a unique PIN - No assistance will be provided on site.
Yes, the space comes equipped with a private washroom (and very clean) for your convenience.
Absolutely! Whether it’s rearranging furniture or adding props, we encourage you to make the space your own. Note: Please return the setup back in their original position by the end of your booking.
Yes! Please note that you are responsible for cleaning up after your event. We recommend that you allocate sufficient time for setting up and packing up within your booked hours.
To ensure that subsequent bookings are not affected, your booking will still end as per your scheduled time.
You may choose to extend the session (Please let us know in advance as this is subjected to availability).
