You're only charged once the host approves your booking.
Card payments (without 3D-Secure) for dates more than 60 days away are billed in instalments, every 30 days from approval.

The nearest toilets are available at the petrol kiosks nearby, but our recommendation would be to use the toilets at the nearby malls before coming over.
Yes, visitor parking (white-lined lots) is located at Basement 1 & 2. Nearest lift lobby to the studio is Lobby 2. In case there are no available lots, you can park at BMW and cross the road.
To a certain extent, but there will still be some ambient noise because it's a relatively high traffic area. We really do not advise doing formal recordings in the studio.
It is around 500 meters away from Queenstown MRT, takes 6-7 minutes to reach.
We would suggest booking in the evening during dinner time (7:30-9:30pm) when there is lesser traffic. We really do not advise doing formal recordings because there might be ambient noise.
It's okay to inform him/her kindly that you are trying to get a recording done in the studio, and that he/she can continue the music after you're done.
Yes it is. Once the studio manager approves your booking, you will be given a time-duration PIN code to gain access to the studio, which will remain active for the period of your booking.
