Warm welcome look into this space. The default room is empty, chairs and foldable tables outside the door for guest to use. This room is instant booking no need to wait for our reply. Getspace system will auto send you the access code once you book. We located behind Peoples park complex. By train 1) MRT-Chinatown MRT Exit C; 2) MRT- Outram Park Exit 3, The room is self-check-in and check-out.

Wi-Fi; Air-conditioning & Fan; Whiteboard, Tables & Chairs; TV(as a screen) & Projector; Yoga Mats & Dumbbells; Karaoke with Two Microphones (basic setup)

House Rules:

-The default room is empty.

-Remember to include setup, cleanup, and pack-up time in your booking. Extra time will incur charges.

-Please clean up after use and return items to their original position.

-Keep the door closed during use, and avoid placing signs in the corridor.

-Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building.
