Situated in The Concourse at Beach Road, this space is perfect for personal trainers looking for a well equipped fitness studio to train their clients. Space is also suitable for yoga or pilates. Showering facilities available in studio. Bath towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Hair dryers available. Microphone and Bluetooth speaker system available upon request.

Large Younix weight rig with Olympic barbells, various weight plates, Dumbells, Kettlebells, Slam balls, Skipping ropes, Pylo boxes, exercise mats, commercial benches, Concept2 RowErg and SkiErg, Assault bikes, group weight bars and plates, TRX bands, various exercise bands, step boards, wall balls and battle ropes.
Bookings are for the whole studio. There will be an additional $5 surcharge pax person per hour over 5 pax.
Prices to use the studio for filming will be charged on a case by case basis depending on the duration and equipment required to be brought into the studio etc. Filming will be broken into 3 hour blocks so as not to interfere with normal group sessions. Do contact us for more details.
