Studio rental charges as follow:

Non-peak weekday hours (7am to 6pm) @ $50 per hour

Peak weekday hours (6pm to 11pm) @ $65 per hour

Weekends / Public Holidays (7am to 11pm) @ $65 per hour

Late-night to pre-dawn hours (11pm to 7am) @ $60 for whole block from 11pm to 7am. (Message us to receive this offer)
