Situated at Yio Chu Kang Road, this space is perfect for tutors looking at starting a small class! It is also amazing spot for tutors to gather their students at a central location, to minimise travel time so you can spend more time teaching. Excluding the tutor seat at the head of the table, the long desks can accommodate up to 8 students. The space is fully air-conditioned with wifi, whiteboard and TV (can be connected to your laptop/iPad via HDMI/lightning cable provided), multiple power points for your electrical needs. Feel free to grab some snacks and writing materials (foolscap, pens) during class too! Water dispenser is also available.
This is a retail area on the first floor of a condo development. Neighbouring units include an acai cafe, bakeries, an art school, optical shops. It is a 10-min walk, or 2 bus stops from either Kovan or Serangoon MRT stations. Perfect for students in the North East area!
