Studio Rates
No extra fees per pax or for after-hours bookings!
A full payment of the following is required to confirm booking:
• Space Rental Fee for your preferred date and time
• Maintenance Fee of $60 applicable per booking
• Refundable Security Deposit of $200 required
The security deposit will be returned upon satisfactory studio handover, provided there is no breach of studio usage or terms, and no extensive cleanup is required after your session.
Please note the studio is located on 2nd level of a shophouse and access to the studio is accessible via stairs only.
