altelier studio is a cute and cozy dance studio with full sprung flooring, dance mat finishing and a high ceiling. Situated opposite of Aljunied MRT, our studio is a quick 3 - 5 mins walk from the station.

• True full length mirrors (without any skirting lining the mirrors so you can see yourself fully even when laying down on the floor)

• Self-help chiller stocked with a variety of drinks (prices and QR payment code on fridge)
• Self-help instant noodles shelf (prices and QR payment code on the shelf)

• Mezzanine balcony for rehearsal observation / video taking
• Additional furniture including stools, foldable chairs, foldable GS tables etc (please enquire for quantity)
• Resting area with benches and shelves for baggage storage

The studio size is great for any dance classes between 1 to 60 pax, but is also conducive for yoga and other fitness activities. With our sprung flooring, cardio fitness classes will have a good advantage as sprung flooring absorbs impact and is generally more friendly for high impact fitness activities (it makes things a lot easier on the knees!). The high ceiling feature is also good for acrobatics, stunts training and even cheerleading (we've tried a couple of basket tosses too and the ceiling clearance is pretty safe!) - but for additional safety you might want to rent mats.

The space is versatile and can host a variety of rehearsals, activities and events. Good for:

• Corporate R&R / Team Building / Team Bonding Activities (Do enquire for activity instructors - we have a variety including dance, fitness, crafts etc)
• Show Rehearsals
• Small-scale parties (WE HAVE HOSTED DOGGO BIRTHDAY PARTIES!)
• Private classes

The studio is also highly accessible not only by MRT, but buses as well - there are quite a lot of bus stops around the studio area with different buses that cater for convenience and accessibility to different areas in Singapore. Sims Vista Market and Food Centre is just a short 2-min walk away too.

Nearest carpark options are at 1 Sims Lane (directly across the road from our studio) and HDB parking @ Blk52/53 Sims Place (~2mins walk to the studio).
