Situated at Serangoon Road (Centrium Square) just opposite Farrer Park MRT (3 mins walk), this open and spacious space with its own meeting room with great daylight works great for any team offsites, meetings, discussions or even for your filming sets or videography productions. We have a TV and whiteboard that you can use for your discussion. There is a private restroom as well that your team can use.
There are also great amenities nearby such as City Square Mall and Mustafa Centre so your food or shopping needs will definitely not be left wanting. There is paid parking on-site and also a mall at the ground floor. This serves as a great frontage for any corporate event or workshop that you like to do as well.
We rent the office space and meeting room out individually as well.

It is suitable for 2 to 12 pax. There are 2x high chairs and 10 office chairs. There are an additional 8 office chairs in the meeting room. 20 chairs in total. For larger groups more than 20, you might have to be standing.
No shoes are allowed into the space.
