Studio Space @Quaint Shophouse, Jalan Besar

This quaint & beautiful shophouse (7m x 4m) is available for rent for all kinds of activities and events. Equipped with full length mirrors and a mini speaker, this space is highly versatile and can be used for a wide range of activities. It is also highly convenient and is less than 5 minutes walk from both Jalan Besar and Rochor Station. We are located on the 2nd level and only accessible via staircase.

Use this space for fitness/ dance/yoga classes, livestreaming of your fitness sessions or online classes, corporate trainings & workshops or even photography, weddings or parties. Water dispenser (Cold, Normal and Hot) + Tea is available for all guests! Do note that this is wooden floor so no super intense or jumping activities as the wooden floor would generate noise. This is an old wooden conservation shophouse with old wooden flooring so there is 1 small area that might be creaky.

Yoga mats, blocks and straps are available (12 at short notice). Ping us if you need more! Whole space can fit 12 + 1 max for dance/fitness but probably double for workshops or theatre style. Chairs & tables are available and you'll have to help yourself from the common area or assemble them.
