All prices are subjected to 7% Goods and Service Tax (GST).

Payment has to be fulfilled to secure the venue.

Day rates apply to bookings up to 8 hours only.

We seek your kind understanding in the proper usage of the space and the facilities – should there be any damages, fees covering replacements or repairs will be billed to you or your organization.

Cancellation Policy (For all cancellations that happen)

28 days or more before booking date: 90% refund

15 to 27 days before booking date: 50% refund

14 days or less before booking date – no refund

Additional Charges

Surcharge: $50/h surcharge for bookings extending beyond office hours (10am-6pm) on top of prevailing hourly rate.

Cleaning Fee: $100 cleaning fee if food and drinks are consumed within premises.

Payment Policy

Deferred Payment

For all bookings, we will only charge you when your booking date is 30 days away. If less than 2 bookings made in your order are more than 30 days later, the first 2 bookings will be charged in advance. Standard cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation Policy

30 Days Policy

Guests will be able to cancel anytime before the order is approved by the host.

If the order has been approved, guests may cancel each booking listed under their order if all of the following conditions are met:

The Booking is more than 30 days from the date which the refund request is made
Refund request is made within 24 hours from the time which the order is created

All other cancellation request is subject to case by case consideration basis.
